We would love for you to join us to share in a prenatal yoga practice.  There is no need for previous experience...all levels are welcome and gain from the many benefits!

Our classes focus on coordinating breath work with gentle movements while toning and strengthening your body.

 Learn poses to benefit your labor as well as positions to assist with common discomforts of pregnancy. These classes are a wonderful compliment to your childbirth classes bringing further focus and mindfulness to the birth experience.
